Serendib Capital Limited (the “Company”) is committed to upholding and promoting the principles of human and labour rights as outlined in international standards and UK laws. This policy articulates our dedication to ensuring that these rights are respected, protected, and fulfilled within our operations and supply chains.

The Company will adhere to all applicable international and UK laws, regulations, and conventions related to human and labour rights, including but not limited to:

  • Universal Declaration of Human Rights
  • International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions
  • UK Equality Act 2010
  • Modern Slavery Act 2015
